The Finnish Journal of Music Education (FJME) publishes peer-reviewed articles, reviews, and other scholar writings on the research and practice of music education in Finnish, Swedish and English. The journal is published in co-operation with the Sibelius Academy Music Education, Jazz, and Folk Music Department and the Finnish Society of Research in Arts Education, and was established in 1996.
New issues of The Finnish Journal of Music Education have been published (vol. 27, nro 1 & nro 2). The printed issues are currently available to subscribers and will be available open access in the journal.fi during year 2025.
